One day each week should be a true rest day. No work. No obligations. No to-do lists. Just rest, recovery, and whatever you feel like doing. This day is not lazy. It is necessary. Your body and mind need time to recover.

On your rest day, do not feel guilty about doing nothing. Rest is productive. It allows you to recover so you can work effectively the other six days. Without rest, your work quality declines and you risk burnout.

Your rest day might include reading, walking, hobbies, or simply doing nothing. The activities do not matter. What matters is that the day feels different from your workdays. It is a true break.

Designate your rest day for this week. Protect it. Do not schedule work or obligations. Then notice how much better you feel and work when you have a true day of rest each week.
