Some activities give you energy. Others drain it. Most of us do not notice this until we are exhausted. Start paying attention. After each activity, ask yourself: did this give me energy or take it away?

Keep a simple list for a week. On one side, write activities that energize you. On the other, write activities that drain you. Do not judge the list. Just observe. You might find that certain meetings energize you while others deplete you. Some tasks feel like play while others feel like work.

After a week, look at the patterns. How can you schedule more energizing activities? How can you minimize or change the draining ones? This is not about avoiding hard work. It is about understanding your own energy patterns and designing your days accordingly.

Start tracking today. After each significant activity, note whether it gave or took energy. After a week, use this information to design better days.
