You already know most of what you need to know. Eat well, exercise, sleep enough, be kind, work hard, save money. The knowledge is not the problem.

The gap between knowing and doing is where life happens. This gap is not closed by more information. It is closed by action, by doing what you already know you should do.

More reading will not help. More planning will not help. More research will not help. Only doing helps. The next book can wait. The action cannot.
