Another Friday approaches its end. The weekend waits. Before you close out the week, take stock. What can you complete today? What must wait until next week? Make these decisions consciously rather than letting them happen by default.
Complete what you can. Even small completions bring satisfaction. They clear mental space and create momentum. But be realistic. Not everything will be finished. Accept this without resistance.
What remains, release for now. Write it down so you do not carry it in your mind. Trust that next week will bring the time and energy to address it. For now, prepare for pause. The weekend is for rest.
