Friday arrives with its invitation to slow down. Before the weekend begins, take a moment to look back. What did you accomplish this week? What did you learn? What surprised you? These questions are not tests. They are gifts of awareness.

Write down one accomplishment, however small. Write down one thing you would do differently. Then let the week go. Do not carry its weight into the weekend. The tasks that remain will still be there on Monday. For now, prepare for rest.

Rest is not weakness. It is wisdom. The body and mind need time to recover, to integrate, to renew. The weekend is your chance to restore. Take it fully.
